Great place for families, very clean and with friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, the food is great. One point for us was the cleanliness of the swimming pool - we visited in the morning around 10.30 and it had a dirty floor. Other than that everything was great.

Great place to be with families. Surrounded by beautiful valleys and hills. Quiet and peaceful. The hotel has a kids play room, swimming pool, dinner buffet and great breakfast to offer. The Winterberg centrum is 25kms (around 30mins drive) from the hotel. The staff were polite and courteous.

Value for money! Breakfast is excellent 👌 restaurant staff and kitchen staffe are always so friendly! Clean room, very nice, good beds; Real bed for the kids (no sofabed). Kids keep there present (stuffed animal) from each stay!

Very exceptional facilities compared to the price range ! Good location. Nice indoor swimming pool. Very calm and quiet but close to the shopping area. Nice place for a short family vacation.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, they provide a paper with all information I need. The hotel also provide a swimming pool and sauna, which is very nice after a tiring day in the mountains There's also a big free parking area.

Great value for money. It is clean and had all we needed for the 4 nights we stayed (good food buffet, breakfast, swimming pool for kids, spacious room, parking) at a reasonable price. Staff was exceptionally kind. They even had a playroom for the kids.

Lovely area to stay in, close to the skywalk and other attractions. It has a balcony with a lovely view. Swimming pool is included. Breakfast was ok Small soft toy present on the beds for kids.

Location of the hotel . Fully surrounded by greenery . And it has good ammenties to engage kids like swimming pool and kids spiel platz . After all it’s very affordable price

The rooms were big and spacious. The breakfast was excellent and fresh. The location was great.

The room was very good, and the bathroom was perfect! It was also clean and comfortable. The floor was clean and sanitary. Also, the Sauna and swimming pool were perfect!
